Dexter Phillips, D.O., an Emergency Medicine & Family Practice physician, has joined Dr. Harry Murtiff, Dr. Ann Steck, Susan Murry, CRNP, and the staff at the Delta Medical Center. The Delta Medical Center is located at 6696 U.S. 20A. Dr. Phillips, who formerly served as an FCHC Emergency Department physician, will see patients at the Delta Medical Center on Wednesdays and Fridays. Dr. Phillips is a graduate of the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine & Surgery, in Kirksville, Missouri.
