Each month a different area of the mountain is explored including meal planning, physical activity, complications, medications, blood glucose monitoring and more. In order to accommodate busy schedules, both a morning and evening class is offered at Fulton County Health Center, Wauseon OH. There is a $5.00 monthly fee, with no extra charge for support persons attending. |
